Buying from Weddingsandmore.com.au
You can order products online via this website;
When you place an Order for a Product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you have placed an Order online we will send you an email confirmation that we have received it.
This email confirmation is produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details.
We will check the availability and contact you with a further email or phone call if any items are not available and either place on backorder or process a refund if required.
Weddings And More may cancel any order and not supply if it is deemed reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion.
If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
The price for each Product is shown on weddingsandmore.com.au in Australia Dollars. Whilst we always try to ensure the prices on weddingsandmore.com.au are accurate, errors may occur.
If we make an error in pricing of the products in your order we will let you know as soon as possible using your supplied contact details. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we do cancel your order, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
We offer a standard flat rate shipping fee of $12. Chain Valley Gifts absorbs any additional postage costs.
We also offer the option of “Expidited Shipping” at an extra charge. This means your order will jump the queue be completed in 48 hours and includes the cost of Express Shipping. The price for this is calculated based on actual costs charged by Australia Post, please contact us with your address for a quote.
All items will be completed and shipped within 4 weeks, most individual items such as guest books, boxes and coat hanger will be sent within 1 week.
We ship your items using a combination of Australia Post and Couriers. While the majority of shipments arrive undamaged and on time there are occasions where the contracted delivery company might experience delays, damage or loss. In these rare cases you agree to allow us the standard 10 day investigation period required by shipping partners before we will either resend of refund your items.
You must pay for your order before it is dispatched and order will be dispatched within 1-4 weeks of payment being received.
You can do so through the website with Paypal or Credit Card.
Payment is processed when you commit to buy and process your order online.
Layby – We also offer partial payments through paypal. Please contact us with your order requirements and we will set up a PayPal invoice which can be paid off over any length of time with no minimum payment. – Please note your order will not be completed until fully paid off.
Due to the personalised nature of our products we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your order has not commenced production and you wish to cancel you may do so and receive either; a refund less a 10% administration fee or a store credit for the full purchase amount.
The designs we create for your event remain the property of Weddings And More. We do not permit you to engage other businesses to reproduce our word without permission. We reserve the right to use photos of your designs on social media.
